The address was 750 Challenger St., Brea and the building was 24,453 SF and the price per square foot was $454.61. The building was constructed in 2004 with 24’ clear height and 4,580 SF of two-story office, two ground level loading doors and one interior truck well. The buyer, Keyland 1946, LLC, paid all cash and came from the City of Industry.  They acquired the building to accommodate their growth in the chocolate distribution business.
