Rexford Industrial Realty purchased the building with the intention of demolishing and constructing a class A distribution building to accommodate the lack of inventory for tenants. The building was constructed in 1973 and the condition of the building showed its age. The Seller, CK Limited Partnership was the original owner and has been occupying the building ever since. Dick Braman (Seller) is one of the principals of the corporation and is now looking forward to retirement at the age of 93. The Sellers will lease the building back to Rexford for one year and the demolition will likely commence immediately.
