Anaheim, CA – January 9, 2023 – Luke Hudson with Lee & Associates Orange represented Lacy Construction in the sale of their contractor yard located at 3006 E. Coronado St., Anaheim. Chris Lacy ran his administrative side of his construction business out of the 2,550 SF office structure situated in the front of the concrete paved yard. The remaining of the yard was used for storage of his construction equipment and parking of work vehicles. Following the sale, Chris and Luke negotiated a one year leaseback at a 4% Cap Rate to help give Chris time to transition his business while the market shows signs of cooling off.
